Rose Cottage
Is a charming, traditional whitewashed farmhouse situated between Ballydehob
and Skibereen on the Mizzen Peninsular. It is conveniently located for
visiting Schull, Bantry and Baltimore, whilst Roaringwater Bay is only
one mile away.
The cottage offers comfortable and tasteful accommodation
for 10 people. There is a large, enclosed garden and meadow
to the rear and side of the property which provides an
ideal children’s play area.
Sailing, fishing, cycling,
walking, golf, sandy beaches and good restaurants are all
available locally.
Briar Rose Cottage is a two storey farmhouse that has been recently completely
renovated and furnished to a very high standard.

Downstairs
Fully equipped Kitchen including washing machine and dishwasher. Separate Dining room, Lounge with TV, 4th double
bedroom,and conservatory with sofa bed. Downstairs Cloakroom, Utility
room with shower toilet and sauna. There is a separate studio with double bedroom and ensuite bathroom.

Upstairs
Three spacious
double bedrooms and two bathrooms one en suite. The house has central
heating and an open fireplace in the lounge. All the rooms are warm,
cosy and damp free.
In 2005 there will be a studio apartment added to accommodate 2
people with bathroom facilities.
Outside
There is ample off-road parking including room for boat trailers
etc.

Terms and Conditions
- A non-refundable reservation deposit of
one weeks rent payable within 14 days of reservation.
- Final payment
6 weeks prior to arrival.
- Your reservation will be confirmed
in writing.
- The price includes:- bed linen, towels and
all other household linen. Change of bed linen by request, not
included in the price.
- 200 euro security deposit
to cover loss or damage, breakage’s
etc. payable on arrival.
This deposit will be refunded by post to the client provided
there is no loss or damage.
- On departure, the house, equipment,
and utensils must be left in a clean and tidy condition.
- Occupancy
of the house must not exceed 8 people.
- We cannot be responsible
for loss or damage to valuables or personal property and we
recommend that you have the appropriate insurance cover in force
during you holiday.
- The proprietors or their agents may terminate
occupancy if the terms or conditions are not complied with.
- The
proprietors, their agents or employees shall not be liable
nor will accept any responsibility for any injury, loss or damage
howsoever sustained by any person or persons whether arising
under the express or implied terms of any rental agreement,
or at Common Law (including any negligence of the proprietors,
their employees or agents) or in any way whatsoever. The exclusion
of the implied terms contained in Section 39 Sale of Goods
and Supply of Services Act 1980 is subject to the provisions
of Section 40 of the said Act.
- In the event of breach of contract
on the part of the proprietors of Briar Rose Cottage howsoever
arising any loss and/or damage including consequential loss
sustained by the renter shall be limited to the sum paid by the
renter to the proprietors of Briar Rose Cottage.
- Check in is between
4.00 and 7.00 pm. Check out by 10.00 am.
